Shipping Information
We’re so excited for you to receive your order from Laura Burke Fitness!
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery Timeframes
Ireland & EU: Please allow 7–10 business days for delivery once your order has been dispatched.
UK & International Orders: Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and destination.
You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped, including tracking details where available.
Shipping Rates
Standard (Small/Light Package): €3.99
Large/Heavy Package (e.g. Fitness Mats): €8.99
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the items in your order.
Customs & Duties
All customs fees, import duties, and taxes applicable to orders outside of Ireland are the responsibility of the customer. Laura Burke Fitness is not responsible for delays or charges incurred during customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely happy, we accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of receipt, in line with Irish and EU distance selling regulations.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused and in the same condition you received them.
In their original packaging, including any protective wrapping, tags, or inserts.
Returned with proof of purchase.
Returns Process
Email laura@lauraburkefitness.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning your item.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Fitness Mats & Equipment
For hygiene and quality reasons, mats and fitness equipment must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Items showing signs of use, damage, or wear cannot be accepted for return.
Digital Products & Downloads
All digital products, such as ebooks, challenges, and guides, are non-refundable once the download or access link has been issued.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days, to your original payment method.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact laura@lauraburkefitness.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
